Stubbins – A Growing Business
Stubbins is a privately-owned, family-run growers supplying high quality fresh produce to retailers and the food industry. We began our journey in 1964 and have been proudly supplying fresh produce to retailers and the food industry for 50 years. In that time, we have formed partnerships with local, national and international growers and along with our own growing facilities in Italy, Spain, Turkey, Poland, Israel and Holland, this allows us to supply quality produce all year round.
Our 24-hour central packing facility is based at Waltham Cross, with easy access to the motorway network. This allows us to make deliveries anywhere in the United Kingdom and Internationally using our own distribution company, Logistic Partnerships. Controlling all aspects of the supply chain, ensures the fresh produce we deliver is consistently of the highest quality.
World Class Logistics
Logistic Partnerships are based in Waltham Cross, Essex in close proximity to London’s M25. Our company provides temperature controlled distribution services throughout the UK, Europe and North Africa.
Our fleet is currently around 100 strong, mainly consisting of 13.6 metre, 26 pallet, tri-axle trailers with air suspension.
All our vehicles are dual compartment, enabling us to distribute frozen, chilled and ambient products together and are fitted with the latest GPS tracking devices and cellular phone systems which ensures up-to-the-minute communication in real time.
Over the years Stubbins have worked hard to gain many respected industry accreditations. We are proud to be able to display our accreditations from Red Tractor, The British Tomato Growers Association, and L.E.A.F.
In addition, Stubbins has its own Ethical Trading Policy, which applies not only to all staff and agency staff but has also been introduced to all Stubbins suppliers in the UK and overseas. More details are available here.
